Aurament Gems & Jewels specializes in premium natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery. We are looking for a talented Jewellery CAD Designer who is passionate about creating innovative, production-ready jewellery designs.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Jewellery CAD Designer with hands-on experience in Matrix/MatrixGold software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of diamond and gold jewellery design and be capable of creating precise, production-ready CAD models.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D CAD models using Matrix/MatrixGold.
- Design rings, earrings, pendants, bangles, necklaces, bracelets, and custom jewellery.
- Convert sketches, concepts, and customer requirements into accurate CAD designs.
- Prepare production-ready STL files for 3D printing and manufacturing.
- Ensure designs are practical for casting, stone setting, polishing, and production.
- Revise and modify CAD models based on feedback from clients or the production team.
- Collaborate closely with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain design quality while meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as a Jewellery CAD Designer.
- Proficiency in Matrix/MatrixGold.
- Experience designing diamond and gold jewellery.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Good attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Design or a related field.
- Portfolio of previous jewellery CAD work is preferred.
