Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
- Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Work with MongoDB to design schemas, queries, and data models
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and debugging
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API
- Expertise in Node.js and Express.js
- Experience working with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred Qualifications
