The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high‑quality spa treatments and ensuring a relaxing and premium experience for guests at Club Mahindra Patkoté. The role involves providing professional therapies, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction aligned with Club Mahindra service excellence.
4. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Spa Treatments & Services
- Provide professional massage and body treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.).
- Deliver skin, body, and wellness therapies as per training and spa standards.
- Tailor treatments based on guest needs and health considerations.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of spa treatments, products, and protocols.
