Position: Office Administrator

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by managing administrative activities, vendor coordination, facility management, office supplies, record maintenance, and employee support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Facility Management
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Monitor office cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and services.
- Manage pantry, stationery, packing materials, and office inventory.
- Ensure all office equipment is functional and properly maintained
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Commerce, Business Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Experience in Retail, Jewellery, or Corporate Office Administration preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
