Primary Mathematics & Computer Science Teacher (CBSE)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Primary Mathematics & Computer Science Teacher for Grades 1–5 in a CBSE-affiliated NPS Varthur school. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners through activity-based and concept-focused learning methods aligned with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics and Computer Science for primary classes (Grades 1–5)
- Deliver lessons as per CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes
- Use activity-based, interactive, and child-friendly teaching methods
- Introduce basic computer skills (MS Office, typing, drawing tools, digital awareness)
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Support holistic development of students (logical thinking, problem-solving, creativity)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Education or related field
- B.Ed. (preferred or required as per CBSE norms)
- Strong understanding of CBSE primary curriculum
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital teaching tools
- CTET qualification preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
