Job Description – UI/UX Designer
Location: Mohali – On-site

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive, visually engaging, and functional digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems, usability, and developer handoff, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and identify user pain points.
- Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive and user-friendly websites, web applications, and mobile interfaces.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, components, and design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Perform design QA before and during development.
- Handle design feedback professionally and iterate designs based on research, usability, and business requirements.
- Balance user experience with business objectives, technical limitations, and project deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining design quality.
- Review existing designs and identify opportunities for improving usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Work closely with UX, development, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, user research, and user psychology.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, spacing, and layouts.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and developer handoff.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
