We are hiring a JEE/NEET Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our JEE and NEET programs. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and sales skills with prior experience in EdTech sales. This is a target-driven role focused on converting student inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and parents via phone calls.
- Counsel students about JEE and NEET programs, course features, and admission process.
- Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or Admission Counselling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
