Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to students of Classes 7–10
- Deliver highly engaging and concept-oriented classroom sessions
- Deliver content with perfection
- Simplify complex concepts through practical examples and visual learning
- Prepare notes, assignments, worksheets, and tests
- Track student performance and provide academic guidance
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes
- Maintain discipline, classroom engagement, and academic quality
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth execution
Required Skills
- Strong command over Biology concepts for middle & secondary school levels
- Ability to teach ICSE, CBSE & West Bengal Board students effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Smart classroom management & student handling ability
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using digital teaching tools
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit
- Fluent in speaking Bengali
