As we continue to expand across multiple service categories and locations, we are looking for a professional, target-oriented and result-driven HR Recruiter who can take ownership of service-partner acquisition and onboarding.
Job Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for service professionals/service partners across various categories.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing and convincing skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for service professionals.
- Drive hiring across multiple categories, including:
- Salon & Beauty Services
- Massage & Wellness Services
- House Maid & Home Cleaning
- Plumber
- Electrician
- Carpenter
- Home Repair & Maintenance
- Other emerging home-service categories.
- Source candidates through WorkIndia, Apna App, Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, social media and field recruitment.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified service professionals.
- Conduct candidate screening based on skills, experience, location, availability and category requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Clearly communicate earning opportunities, work process, service expectations and onboarding requirements to prospective partners.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Follow up consistently with shortlisted candidates to ensure successful joining and activation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate status on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to understand category-wise and location-wise manpower requirements.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Track recruitment performance, conversion rates and onboarding numbers.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sourcing, conversion and service-partner acquisition.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Mass Hiring, Telephonic Recruitment or Field Recruitment.
- Experience in blue-collar, frontline, gig-worker or service-partner recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with Urban Company, Yes Madam or similar home-service/gig platforms will have an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and regular candidate follow-ups.
- Strong target orientation with a result-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring categories and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working in a startup and performance-driven environment.
