Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, create content strategies, handle client communication, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content planning, client coordination, and performance tracking.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and handle social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly.
- Monitor page performance and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries when required.
Content Planning & Creation
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Write engaging captions and content for social media posts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
- Generate new content ideas based on trends and client requirements.
Client Management
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain client sheets, content approval sheets, and project trackers.
- Share regular updates and reports with clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain content, posting, and campaign records.
- Coordinate with the design, video editing, and marketing teams.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience with content planning and content writing.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and design concepts will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,388.01 - ₹43,089.81 per month
