We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented German Academic Counsellor to guide and convert student leads for Germany-focused programs including Ausbildung, Opportunity Card, FSJ, and German university admissions.
The candidate will be responsible for handling qualified student leads, counselling students regarding suitable opportunities in Germany, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong counselling, communication, and sales abilities who can work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified student leads provided by the telecalling team
- Counsel students regarding Germany study and career opportunities
- Guide students on programs such as:
- Ausbildung
- Opportunity Card
- FSJ
- German university admissions
- Understand student profiles and suggest suitable pathways
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion ratios
- Coordinate with processing and documentation teams
- Maintain proper CRM and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in German education counselling or study abroad consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Germany admission and visa pathways
- Proven experience in student counselling and lead conversion
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Ability to work independently and achieve counselling targets
