Position: Inventory / MIS Executive
Location: New Delhi-Okhla Phase-1

We are seeking an Inventory Executive who also works with the MIS Executive to oversee and optimise our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, and purchase order review, preferably in the electronics industry.

- Monitor Stock Levels
- Track inventory across all product lines to identify and address shortages or overstock situations.
- Inventory Data Management
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantities, dates, SKUs, and batch numbers. Analyse and verify purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery from suppliers. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system data. Use historical sales data and trends to anticipate future inventory needs and optimise stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues. Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and potential inventory issues.Ensure accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.Identify and resolve stock discrepancies through audits and investigations.Monitor inventory-related costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
