Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance across workflows while coordinating between departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate daily operational processes to ensure smooth execution
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency
- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Assist in process audits and implementation of best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of process management and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in process coordination or operations management preferred
- Knowledge of quality standards or process improvement methodologies is an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
