Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance
Architect and oversee development of Text-to-Speech (TTS) and voice-based AI solutions
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI frameworks for real-world applications
Drive development of speech processing systems, including voice enhancement and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance)
Ensure adherence to documentation standards, governance, and compliance requirements
Oversee end-to-end AI solution lifecycle (design development deployment monitoring)
Mentor team members and establish best practices for AI engineering
Required Skills Qualifications
✅ Technical Skills
Strong experience in Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice AI, or speech processing
Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI models
Familiarity with ASR, TTS pipelines, or multimodal AI systems
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Comfortable working in US EST time zone (8 AM - 5 PM)
