Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Representative

Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & Customer Support Representative who can effectively handle customer interactions and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a confident personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and convert leads into sales
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Confident personality with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to make high-volume daily calls
