The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the school/institution, increasing student admissions, maintaining good public relations, and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote the school through offline and online marketing activities.
- Generate admission enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Visit nearby schools, coaching centres, and localities for admission campaigns.
- Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding admissions.
- Handle social media promotions, advertisements, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Organize seminars, awareness programs, and admission campaigns.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff for promotional activities.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Build good relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
- Assist in branding and increasing the visibility of the institution.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to convince and counsel parents/students.
- Strong teamwork and public relation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, social media handling).
- Fluent in Assamese, Hindi, and English preferred.
Qualification:
MBA (Marketing)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or educational counselling preferred
