Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Plan training and development programs.
- Support management with HR strategies and workforce planning.
- Manage disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (logistics industry experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
