ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Implement and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
- Configure MID Servers, Discovery schedules, patterns, and Service Mapping.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Maintain CMDB data quality and ensure adherence to CSDM best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Glide API).
- Hands-on experience in ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
Certifications
- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Preferred: CAD, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management, CIS-Service Mapping, ITIL V3/V4
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
