Job Description
Callidora Health & Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and interview performance.)
