About the Role:
StartupFlora is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for sales, operations, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate will drive skill development, improve team performance, and ensure consistent training standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct sales and process training programs
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
- Identify training needs and measure training effectiveness
- Coach teams on communication, sales processes, and compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Coaching
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in sales or process training is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Hyderabad (In-office)
Pay: ₹15,349.01 - ₹48,536.65 per month
