Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Launch and manage new products on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Handle platform onboarding, account management, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure product availability, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor key metrics including sales, demand, inventory, costs, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery.
- Track leads, orders, and sales performance.
- Represent the brand professionally and share market insights with management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG brands (Food preferred) or Quick Commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Quick Commerce onboarding and sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Hindi/Marathi is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving business targets.
- Professional and customer-facing approach.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food categories.
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills.
- Flexible availability for weekend events when required.
