We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across our website, marketplaces, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search engine rankings, managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing product listings, and driving online sales while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & E-commerce Management
- Manage and maintain the company websites (WordPress & WooCommerce).
- Upload and update products, pricing, offers, banners, and promotional content.
- Ensure product information, images, inventory, and categories are accurate.
- Monitor website performance, speed, uptime, and user experience.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
- Improve website conversion rate and customer journey.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform on-page and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize product pages, category pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Monitor rankings using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Increase organic traffic and qualified leads.
Google Business Profile (GMB)
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile.
- Publish regular posts, offers, and updates.
- Respond to customer reviews and queries.
- Improve local search visibility and customer engagement.
Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and other marketplaces.
- Create new listings and optimize existing ones.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
- Handle promotions, advertising campaigns, and performance analysis.
- Resolve listing issues and coordinate with marketplace support.
- Increase sales and improve marketplace performance metrics.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create content calendars and publish engaging content.
- Design promotional creatives, reels, stories, and product campaigns.
- Monitor engagement and grow followers organically.
- Respond to customer messages and comments.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners where appropriate.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Implement remarketing and customer retention strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase website and marketplace sales.
- Improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Launch seasonal campaigns and promotional offers.
- Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor traffic, sales, conversions, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements.
- Present insights and growth strategies to management.
