Job Overview
The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a Junior Production & QC Engineer to support production operations and maintain quality standards in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with production teams to ensure timely, efficient, and defect-free manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and execution.
- Monitor production activities to achieve output targets.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, and Micrometer.
- Maintain production and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of production and quality control processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication, furniture manufacturing, or retail interior production is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Production or a related discipline.
- Freshers with industrial training or internship experience may apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or interior production are preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
