Job description:-
- Manage end-to-end property closing processes for Atlantaa Enclave, ensuring timely deal finalization
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to complete all documentation and compliance requirements
- Handle customer interactions during booking, agreement, and possession stages
- Ensure all agreements, payment schedules, and legal formalities are accurately executed
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing and disbursement
- Track receivables and follow up on pending payments to ensure smooth closures
- Maintain records of all transactions, agreements, and customer documentation
- Resolve client queries related to contracts, payments, and handover processes
- Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and company policies throughout the closing cycle
- Prepare reports on closures, revenue realization, and pending cases for management review
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
