Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ITV Driver to operate heavy trucks carrying 40-foot containers within port, logistics, and transportation operations in Mundra. Candidates must have prior experience driving heavy commercial vehicles and container trailers, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and operate heavy trucks with 40-foot containers safely.
- Transport containers between port terminals, warehouses, and designated locations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and transportation of containers.
- Follow all traffic regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks and delivery records.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately.
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving heavy trucks or container trailers.
- Experience handling 40-foot container trucks is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- Familiarity with port operations is an advantage.
