We are seeking a highly creative and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our design team. In this role, you will lead the transformation of 2D architectural concepts, CAD drawings, and sketches into stunning, photorealistic 3D renderings for both interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate possesses an advanced eye for lighting, texturing, composition, and architectural detailing. You will primarily utilize SketchUp paired with advanced rendering engines like V-Ray and Enscape to produce high-end presentations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling: Build highly detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces and exterior structures using SketchUp.
- Photorealistic Rendering: Apply advanced texturing, realistic lighting, and material mapping using V-Ray and Enscape.
- Collaboration: Partner with architects and interior designers to interpret project specifications, mood boards, and design intents.
- Post-Production: Enhance and fine-tune final outputs using Adobe Photoshop or similar digital imaging software.
- Walkthroughs & Animation: Generate fluid animation sequences and immersive virtual walkthrough presentations for clients.
- File Management: Maintain clean, structured 3D model files, scene hierarchies, and organized digital asset libraries.
- Revision Handling: Efficiently execute design modifications based on construction changes or client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of [2-5 years] of professional experience specializing in architectural and interior visualization.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SketchUp (Mandatory), V-Ray, and Enscape.
- Technical Drafting: Solid understanding of technical floor plans, architectural elevations, and construction details (AutoCAD/Revit proficiency is a strong plus).
- Design Sensibility: Deep knowledge of real-world materials, asset scale, interior lighting setups, and exterior environmental staging (landscaping, skies, sunlight angles).
- Post-Processing: Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop for matte painting, color correction, and compositing.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating real-world examples of high-quality interior and exterior renderings is strictly required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional visualization tools such as Lumion, D5 Render, or Twinmotion.
- A background or educational degree in Architecture, Interior Design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
