About the Role
We are hiring an energetic B2B Inside Sales Executive in Bhubaneswar to drive business growth. You will identify business prospects, reach out to corporate clients via phone and email, and qualify leads for our sales pipeline. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls and send outbound email campaigns to business prospects (B2B).
Qualify incoming leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and present our products/services effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and lead updates in the CRM system.
Follow up regularly with prospects to schedule demos or meetings for senior sales reps.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBA/MBA), Marketing, Communications, or any stream.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English only
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and online research techniques.
Confident tone with strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
