- Patient Care & Monitoring: Perform initial assessments, monitor vital signs, and track patient progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Clinical Assistance: Assist doctors during examinations, minor procedures, and dressing changes. Ensure all clinical equipment is functional and sterilized.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time electronic and physical health records, including intake/output charts, medication logs, and nursing notes.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, post-discharge care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Emergency Response: Recognize and respond swiftly to emergency situations or sudden changes in patient conditions.
- Coordination: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, lab technicians, and administrative staff) to ensure seamless facility operations.
- BSc in Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
