Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries through Chat & Email Support
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in V5 English
Basic computer knowledge
Typing proficiency
