Qualifications:- Graduate/Post graduate of any discipline
Experience:- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a reputed establishment in similar role.
Language proficiency:- Should be able to read, write and speak English, Hindi and Marathi.
Computer proficiency:- MS office with advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of SAP or equivalent system will be added advantage.
Age:- 24-30 years
Job Summary:-
Responsible for the effective & efficient operations of distribution of food.The primary accountabilities of the role include ensuring availability of adequate food for distribution. Ensure adherence to defined quality standards & Food Safety Standards, quality standards, safety compliance, cleanliness during loading of vehicle, transport & timely distribution of food to schools.
Seek feedback from schools and provide necessary support in Program Relations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include:-
· Responsible for the effective & efficient operation of distribution of food with proper understanding of food safety standards, quality and quantity of food requirement for each programe.
· Verify availability of adequate food for distribution as per day’s requirement.
· Coordinate with all Programme executive for attendance for daily food requirement.
· Coordinate with production team for timely supply of food. Ensure vehicle planning accordingly.
· Maintain hygienic condition and cleanliness of vehicle during handling, loading, transport & distribution of food to schools to reduce/eliminate the risk of food contamination.
· Prepare route list, attendance of drivers & duty allocation. Ensure compiling and completion of data for each route.
· Interact regularly with food delivery drivers to ensure vehicle maintenance & cleanliness. Understand issues faced by food handling & delivery team members during food transportation and delivery. Support and guide them accordingly.
· Develop standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety and prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for food handling, loading, transportation and delivery of food. Training to food handlers, vehicle drivers to ensure compliance.
· Coordinate with production team leader, Quality team on regular basis to ensure smooth and timely food supplies distribution.
· Check MDM Site, Collect Bills from School. Collect the Cheques from School
· Seek feedback from schools on food quality and convey the same to food preparation team/team Leaders.
· Handle distribution related issues and generate distribution related report. Provide necessary support in School Relations
· Ensure monitoring the food requirements in special conditions like – heavy rains / civil disturbance / school days around festivals etc. Understand situation, communicate & seek guidance.
· Whenever need be, arrange excess/spare food in near-by communities e.g. needy people, as per AP policy and guidance from Senior Management.
· Manage relevant MIS.
· Manage donor visits / activities in schools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
