- Set up and operate CNC machines for wooden door processing.
- Lock body cut-outs
- Lock face plate routing
- Hinge recesses (hinge mortising)
- Handle, latch, and hardware cut-outs as per drawings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production job cards.
- Set machine parameters, tools, and programs to achieve accurate machining.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished doors.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and tool replacement.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in the woodworking or door manufacturing industry.
- Experience with CNC routers used for wooden doors is preferred.
- Knowledge of tooling, machine setting, offsets, and calibration.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand hardware specifications.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
