Role: Executive Assistant
Experience: 2-3 Years
Location: Visakhapatnam
Responsibilities:
· Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.
· Schedule meetings, appointments, conference calls, and business events.
· Prioritize appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
· Send meeting reminders and ensure all required documents are prepared in advance.
· Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
· Book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
· Manage visa applications, travel documentation, and expense tracking.
· Ensure seamless travel logistics and last-minute schedule adjustments when required.
· Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
· Draft professional emails, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
· Administrative Support: Maintain confidential files, records, and executive documents.
· Prepare agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up action trackers.
· Assist in organizing leadership meetings, events, and business reviews.
· Track important deadlines, commitments, and deliverables.
· Office & Executive Support: Support special projects and business initiatives assigned by the MD.
· Ensure smooth coordination between executive office operations and other departments.
· Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
