Job Responsibilities
* Manage and handle international clients through calls, meetings, emails, and chat support.
* Provide clear and professional information about company services.
* Assist clients during the onboarding process and maintain regular follow-ups.
* Address client queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
* 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Handling, or International Process.
* Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 5 or 6 preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
