Job description:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Visitor Management: Welcoming, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors appropriately.
- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as managing emails.
- Administrative Support: Performing tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Mail Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and packages.
- Front Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Professionalism: Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
