Design Expertise: Develop innovative and functional designs for buildings and structures that align with client needs, aesthetic preferences, and project goals
Creativity: Apply creative thinking to solve design challenges, optimize space utilization, and create visually appealing and unique structures.
Visualization: Utilize software tools, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), Sketchup, to translate design concepts into accurate and detailed drawings, Lumion, Photoshop
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, gather requirements, and present design concepts for approval
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture only
