Position: Customer Care Support Executive
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-Hand)
Joining: Immediate
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Basic computer/system knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries and incoming calls
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Graduate preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide support
- Maintain customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure professional and courteous customer service
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
