We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Sales Officer to promote and sell pest control services in Ernakulam and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Promote pest control services to residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and retail clients.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, references, networking, and cold calling.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution.
- Follow up on customer feedback, renewals, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
