Cluster Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Cluster Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets/stores within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor store performance and operational efficiency.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve cluster sales targets and profitability goals.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Drive local marketing and promotional activities.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and outlet staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and staff productivity.
- Customer Experience
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all outlets.
- Address customer complaints and resolve escalations promptly.
- Ensure consistent brand experience throughout the cluster.
- Inventory & Asset Control
- Monitor stock levels and inventory management.
- Reduce stock losses, wastage, and pilferage.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company assets.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Financial Management
- Monitor outlet expenses and control operational costs.
- Review P&L performance and improve profitability.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and financial data.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and present cluster performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Implement business initiatives and organizational changes effectively.
