Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures (if required)
- Handle customer objections professionally

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
