you will be responsible for designing the sales strategy, building the team, setting up processes and owning revenue across priority markets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership Design go-to-market and sales strategy. Define customer segments and territories. Own revenue targets and forecasting. Sales Process & Playbook Build and optimize the sales funnel. Implement CRM processes and reporting. Standardize sales assets and ROI tools. Team Building & Leadership Hire, train and manage sales teams. Conduct coaching and field visits. Design incentive structures. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with onboarding, support, marketing and product teams. Share market insights and customer feedback. Enterprise & Key Account Sales Own strategic deals and partnerships. Build reference accounts and case studies. Requirements 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience building or scaling sales organizations. Strong track record of revenue achievement. Leadership, analytical and coaching skills.
