- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development activities with overall project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
