Role Overview
Vision Language Experts is looking for an ambitious and persuasive Admissions Counsellor to join our Mohali branch. This is a target-oriented role designed for a "closer"—someone who can turn leads into enrollments and build strong relationships with students.

Detailed Responsibilities
Outbound Enrollment: Take full ownership of calling leads and explaining the value of our specialized language courses.
Consultative Sales: Guide prospective students through our course offerings, ensuring they understand the pathways and institutional expectations of Vision Language Experts.
Student Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire enrollment process for new students and proactively handle extensions for existing students to ensure continuity in their learning.
Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed daily/weekly enrollment targets to maximize your performance-based incentives.
Quality & Training: Use call-recording tools for quality monitoring. Participate in routine skill profiling sessions to sharpen your sales techniques and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
Industry Experience: Mandatory prior experience in Immigration, IELTS, or PTE coaching center sales.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is highly preferred.
Mindset: Result-driven, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
Location: Ability to work on-site at our Mohali office daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.
