Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications as per organizational requirements
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Ensure software security, data protection, and system reliability
- Perform code reviews and maintain proper documentation
- Support deployment and post-implementation activities
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- Understanding of API integration and backend development
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
