About the programme:
The Job Market Ready Programme is not a typical internship. It is a 3-month, learn-by-doing experience built for people who are serious about changing careers, picking up real industry skills, and becoming someone companies actually want to hire — or staying and building with us.
You will work on live projects across AI automation, sales, operations, and partnerships at mittoX — a fast-growing AI-powered cross-border mobility platform. There are no department boundaries. You go where the work needs you.
What you will do
- Work across real functions — AI tools, outreach, partner ops, content, and systems
- Handle tasks that actually matter: live campaigns, real vendors, active pipelines
- Stretch into extra hours when the work demands it — not because someone is watching
- Own at least one project end-to-end by month 3
- Learn by doing, not by attending training sessions
Programme timeline
- Week 1: Onboard, understand the business, pick your first focus area
- Months 1–2: Deliver across multiple tracks with increasing ownership
- Month 3: Lead an end-to-end project — this becomes your proof of work
- End of month 3: Earn your certificate + receive active job assistance

If you show up, stretch, and deliver consistently across 3 months — there is a real full-time seat available. We would rather hire someone who has already proven themselves inside the company than go looking outside. Earn it and it is yours.
Who we are looking for
We do not hire based on degrees or years of experience. We hire based on proof.
You must:
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and at least one regional language (written and spoken)
- Have built or shipped something real — a prototype, a project, a tool, a product demo. It does not need to be polished. It needs to be yours.
- Have led something — a college fest committee, a student body, a community group, a sports team. You know what ownership costs.
- Have volunteered or served in a real-world setting — NGO, community initiative, freelance work, or a family business. Life experience counts more than a grade here.
- Be the kind of person who stretches into extra hours because the problem matters, not because a manager is watching.
- Be entering a trade or switching careers and be serious about it — not just collecting internship lines on a CV.
What this programme is not
- Not a fixed-schedule 9-to-5 internship
- Not a single-department role — you will work across AI, sales, and ops
- Not a paid holiday — compensation is outcome-based, tied to what you deliver
- Not for people who need hand-holding to get started
Compensation
Pay is outcome-based. What you deliver is what you earn. High performers who convert real business results and complete the 3-month programme will be considered for a full-time permanent role with a fixed salary.
