- MBA / Post-Graduation in Accounts, Finance, or Taxation
- Inter CA / Inter CMA (Inter ICWA) from a reputed Management Institute
EXPERIENCE
Executive / Sr. Executive
2 to 8 years of experience in Accounts & Taxation from any industry
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook); Advanced Excel is a must Working knowledge of any ERP system / Tally ERP is mandatory
- Direct & Indirect Taxation – GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Awareness of Statutory Amendments & regulatory updates
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Strong time management & multitasking ability
- close attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage day-to-day financial accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting practices 2. Analyze and interpret financial data; recommend improvements to systems and financial performance 3. Finalization of monthly and annual accounts
4. Prepare Monthly MIS reports, cost centre reports, and group-level reporting with variance analysis 5. Liaise with banks for funds management, Forex, and related concerns
6. Coordinate with taxation authorities, consultants, and auditors for statutory compliance 7. Manage monthly tax returns, assessments, and statutory filings (GST, TDS, PT, etc.) 8. Oversee annual budget planning and administration – long-term, yearly, quarterly, and monthly forecasting
9. Responsible for efficient management of Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable 10. Assist in Financial Planning and annual budgeting process
11.Analyze variances between Budget vs. Actual and Forecast
12.Ensure timely monthly closing with accurate entries in Tally / ERP software
13.Maintain and monitor effective record-keeping and documentation
14.Cost centre allocation, mapping, and analysis
15.Liaise with Statutory, Internal, and Cost Auditors
16. Prepare an annual budget including P& L, working capital statement, balance sheet, and fund flow statement
17.Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
