Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships within the assigned region. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, executing business development activities, preparing and presenting sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai and requires a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development expertise, including planning, execution, and achieving regional sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Analytical and market research capabilities to identify opportunities and improve strategies
- Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate, and support a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or medical supplies industry is preferred
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
