Aptitude Trainer – JJ College of Engineering & Technology, Trichy
We're hiring an Aptitude Trainers for our institution to prepare students for campus placements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct aptitude training sessions covering Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
- Prepare students for company-specific placement tests (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, CTS, etc.)
- Design mock tests, practice sheets, and assessment reports
- Track student progress and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with placement cell for training schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (any discipline)
- Freshers welcome – training will be provided
- 0–3 years of aptitude/soft skills training experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience training engineering students is a plus
Job Type: Full-time.
Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
