About the Process
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US-based Healthcare Medical Billing process.
The role involves interacting with US healthcare clients/customers over the phone and supporting pre-billing activities related to medical claims and healthcare services.
Candidates with prior experience in US Medical Billing, AR (Accounts Receivable), Pre-Authorization/Pre-Auth, or related healthcare processes are encouraged to apply.
This is a pure voice process, so strong English communication and confidence while speaking with US customers/clients are essential.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
Assist with pre-billing and healthcare billing-related activities. Coordinate and communicate effectively with US-based customers/clients.
Understand and resolve queries related to medical billing and healthcare services. Verify and collect required information accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process quality. Maintain accurate records and update information in the relevant systems.
Ensure professional communication and a high level of customer service. Meet defined quality, productivity and performance targets. Maintain confidentiality while handling healthcare-related information.
Eligibility & Requirements Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience Candidates with experience in: AR – Accounts Receivable Pre-Authorization / Pre-Auth Medical Billing US Healthcare / Medical Billing processes
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Comfortable working in a US rotational shift.
Comfortable working with 2 rotational weekly offs.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
Salary Up to ₹33,000 In-Hand Salary will be decided based on the candidate's qualification, relevant experience, communication skills and overall profile. Why Join?
