Detailed job description
This role is a supplier quality documentation and workflow administration position focused on Q-Files and sourcing-related quality records. The person would ensure supplier quality files are created, updated, and correctly routed for sourcing decisions and audit follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain supplier Q-Files in Renault quality systems.
- Support sourcing and nomination workflows by preparing quality status inputs for supplier decisions.
- Capture ASES and SHC audit needs, due dates, and status in the relevant tracking tools.
- Prepare quality panel summaries by commodity for Renault purchasing review.
- Check documentation completeness, escalate missing inputs, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support standardized reporting and back-office quality administration for the CSDL team.
Candidate profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in supplier quality, quality systems, documentation control, or sourcing support.
- Exposure to OEM, Tier 1, or automotive supplier quality processes.
- Good Excel, data entry, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Renault systems, French documentation, or supplier audit processes is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
