Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, advertising, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Monitor account health, product visibility, and marketplace performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and sponsored advertisements.
- Handle inventory planning, pricing updates, and order management.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and marketplace performance.
- Resolve listing issues, policy violations, and account-related queries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Hands-on knowledge of marketplace operations and seller dashboards.
- Experience with product catalog management and listing optimization.
